Beautiful Memorial Day Weekend
This weekend, I did a little work in my yard and we grilled out on Memorial Day. But the highlight of my weekend was going to my friend, Peggy’s. She has a pretty cottage style home in Jackson, GA. Peggy has a lot of beautiful flowers in her garden near Jackson Lake.
Peggy had so many different types of flowers in her garden: purple potato vine, begonis, coleus, lilies, creeping jenny, succulents, a cherry tree, hostas, elephant ears, gardenia, gladiolas, a banana plant, lambs ear, rosemary, sage, mint, thyme, jasmine vine, ornamental grasses and many more.
She also had a really cool plant called bad hair day. Take a look:
Had a great time on her deck, enjoyed the company of her sweet dogs, loved the view on the lake, found some cool plants at Snooky’s garden market and overall enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and hospitality.
